For regulated Nigerian buyers

Naira at the till. UK on the contract.

We charge you in Naira because that's how Nigerian businesses pay. We sign as a UK-incorporated counterparty because that's what your enterprise procurement team asked for. Both at once, no fudge, no offshore intermediary.

Honest disclosure: inference happens on hardware in the UK — personal data sent to our API leaves Nigeria when it hits us. We address NDPR cross-border transfer obligations through an IDTA / SCC schedule in the DPA. If you need data-in-Nigeria, we are not the right vendor today.

What we commit to

Naira at the till

We charge Nigerian customers in Naira via Paystack. Paystack is the merchant of record for the NGN payment; GPUBox issues the API key and contractual service against your tenant. No FX surprise on your statement.

UK-incorporated counterparty

Mobile Paradigm Consultancy Ltd, registered in England & Wales (VAT GB397067846), trading as Frontendlabs. UK contract, English law. Useful when your enterprise customers ask for the legal counterparty behind your AI stack.

NDPR-aligned processor terms

When you process Nigerian personal data through our API, you are the data controller, we are a processor. NDPR-aligned processor schedule available on request — covers documented instructions, sub-processor list, security measures, and breach notification.

Workloads stay on UK hardware we own

Inference runs on physical hardware we own and operate in the United Kingdom. We do not bridge to third-party cloud GPU providers — even temporarily. If we are at capacity for a workload, we tell you so. We do not silently re-route your data.

No customer data used for training

Your inputs and outputs are never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any model we serve to another customer. Contractual default; no opt-in flips it.

Per-call audit log

Every API call is logged with tenant id, model id, request id, status, and unit count. Retained for at least 30 days; longer on enterprise contracts. Audit log is exportable on request.

Real model names, no silent swaps

Qwen2.5-32B-Instruct on chat, Whisper-large-v3-turbo on audio, BGE-M3 on embeddings. We publish exactly which model serves your request. No black box.

OpenAI-compatible

Drop-in for the OpenAI API. Your existing SDKs, prompts, and tooling work unmodified. No proprietary client. No vendor lock-in beyond the URL change.

Frequently asked

Are you NDPR-registered as a processor?

We operate as a UK-incorporated processor for Nigerian customers; the NDPR processor obligations are addressed in our DPA addendum (Schedule 2 covers Nigerian data flows, sub-processor disclosure, and security measures). We can sign your NDPR-specific schedule on enterprise contracts.

Where is the hardware?

United Kingdom. One fixed UK location during the beta. We do not yet operate Nigerian infrastructure — personal data sent to our API leaves Nigeria. The DPA addresses NDPR cross-border transfer obligations using the UK IDTA (International Data Transfer Agreement) and EU Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant; the specific transfer schedule (Schedule 2) names the lawful basis (controller-to-processor SCCs / IDTA Module 2) and supplementary measures (TLS in transit, at-rest encryption, no-training contractual default). If your use case requires data residency in Nigeria, GPUBox is not the right vendor today and we will tell you so up-front.

Is GPUBox a CBN-regulated entity?

No. We do not handle, hold, or settle customer funds in Nigeria; payments are processed by Paystack (CBN-licensed PSP) and settled to GPUBox's UK-incorporated parent. We are not a financial institution and do not require CBN licensing for this model.

Can you support BVN / NIN integration for KYC?

Not natively in the inference API — that's an application-layer concern for your product. We can advise on integrating BVN/NIN verification providers (Mono, Smile Identity, Prembly) alongside GPUBox in your stack.

Do you ever rent GPU capacity from a third-party cloud?

No. Customer training and inference workloads run exclusively on hardware we own and operate in the UK. We do not bridge to third-party cloud GPU providers — even temporarily, even for capacity overflow.

Can you sign our security questionnaire?

Yes. Email [email protected] with your questionnaire and we typically respond within 5 working days. SIG-Lite, CAIQ, NDPR-flavoured, or bespoke client formats are all fine.

Do you offer Naira-denominated invoices for accounting?

Yes. Paystack receipts are NGN-denominated. For enterprise contracts we issue NGN invoices via Paystack and apply credit to your GPUBox tenant in GBP under the hood — your accounting books in Naira, your spend stays predictable.

Bring us your questionnaire.

We respond to security, NDPR, and procurement questionnaires within 5 working days. SIG-Lite, CAIQ, NDPR templates, or your own format — all fine.
